The New York Jets announced Sunday that they’ve officially signed seven players to their practice squad including QB Luke Falk.
The full list includes:
- OL Calvin Anderson
- OL Ben Braden
- CB Kyron Brown
- QB Luke Falk
- LB Jamey Mosley
- WR Jeff Smith
- RB Valentine Holmes (international)
Falk, 23, was selected with the No. 199 overall pick in the sixth round of this year’s draft by the Titans. He signed a four-year, $2,608,832 contract that includes a $148,832 signing bonus, but was among the Titans’ final roster cuts coming out of the preseason.
Falk was later claimed off of waivers by the Dolphins. Miami elected to cut Falk loose back in May and he was later claimed by the Jets.
During his four-year college career at Washington State, Falk threw for 14,481 yards while completing 68.3 percent of his passes to go along with 119 touchdowns and 39 interceptions over the course of 42 games.
