The New York Jets announced Thursday that they’ve re-signed CB Arthur Maulet to their practice squad and placed OL Brandon Hitner on the injured list.

- CB Arthur Maulet
Maulet, 26, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Saints as an undrafted free agent out of Memphis back in 2017. He was waived coming out of the preseason and later signed him to their practice squad.
The Saints waived Maulet at the start of last season and later claimed by the Colts. Maulet would return to the Saints’ practice squad last year before signing a futures contract with the Jets this past January. New York waived him earlier in the week.
In 2019, Maulet has appeared in five games for the Jets and recorded two tackles and a fumble recovery returned for a touchdown.
