John Skelton In Line For Another Start In Week 11

NFL.com’s Jason La Canfora reports that Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb is doubtful for Week 11’s game against the 49ers.

Kolb is currently dealing with a number of injuries that include: ligament damage, bone bruise, sprain in foot and turf toe.

John Skelton has done a great job of filling while Kolb has been out and has managed to put together back-to-back wins against the Rams and Eagles. The bad news is that he get’s the 8-1 49ers this weekend in San Francisco. He pulls off the upset there, he’s played his way into the starting quarterback’s job.

Head coach Ken Whisenhunt still isn’t willing to discuss whether or not he’s considering a possible change at the quarterback position.

“There’s really nothing to discuss right now,” Whisenhunt said via the Arizona Republic. “Kevin hasn’t been cleared to practice yet. He hasn’t practiced in two weeks. We can’t even really assess where he is.”
