John Skelton Will Start Final Game Of The Season

Arizona Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb explained to Kent Somers of the Arizona Repulic that tests from Tuesday showed that he’s still “a little slow with some reaction stuff and some processing stuff from my baseline that I’d had earlier in the year.'”

This means that John Skelton will start the Cardinals final game of the season. Skelton has a 5-2 record on the season and has earned a shot at competing for the teams starting quarterback position come next year. The Cardinals are still willing to give Kolb a shot at proving that he’s the teams long-term answer at quarterback but he’ll certainly have to show some significant improvement to justify what Arizona gave up and his contract.
