According to Jordan Raanan, a judge has dismissed the domestic violence complaint against Giants S Kamrin Moore and lifted Moore’s temporary restraining order.
Court records show the allegations against Moore were not substantiated. Moore was charged with third-degree aggravated assault in July after being accused of punching a woman and stepping on her neck.
The Giants suspended Moore pending investigation by the NFL.
Moore, 22, was drafted by the Saints in the sixth round out of Boston College in 2018. He signed a four-year, $2.6 million deal, but was waived by the Saints during final roster cuts and claimed by the Giants.
Moore appeared in two games in 2018 for the Giants, but did not record a stat.
