Mike Klis of 9News reports that the Lions are bringing in WR Jordan Norwood for a visit on Friday.
- Klis adds that the Broncos are still trying to re-sign him to a new deal.
On Thursday, Norwood traveled to New York to visit with the Jets, so his market is really starting to pick up.
Norwood, 27, originally signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2009. However, he lasted just a few months in Cleveland before he was cut and later signed to the Eagles’ practice squad.
After brief stints with the Browns and Buccaneers, the Broncos signed him to a future/reserve deal after the 2013 season and he’s been in Denver ever since.
In 2015, Norwood appeared in 11 games for the Broncos and recorded 22 receptions for 207 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
