The Detroit Lions announced Friday that they’ve placed four players on the active/non-football injury list including DT John Atkins, LB Austin Bryant, DT P.J. Johnson and OT Ryan Pope.
The Lions also placed WR Chris Lacy on the active/physically unable to perform list.
Lacy, 23, wound up signing on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State back in 2018. New England waived Lacy last week to make room for G Jason King and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Lions.
Lacy was on and off of the Lions’ active roster last year.
During his four-year college career at Oklahoma State, Lacy caught 63 passes for 920 yards receiving and five touchdowns over the course of 32 games. He also totaled 97 kick return yards.
