The Detroit Lions announced Sunday that they’ve signed seven players to their practice squad including QB Jake Rudock and waived offensive linemen Leo Koloamatangi and Brian Mihalik.
The full list includes:
- LB Alex Barrett
- CB Mike Ford
- WR Chris Lacy
- S Rolan Milligan
- QB Jake Rudock
- LB Darnell Sankey
- OL Dan Skipper
Rudock, 25, is a former sixth-round pick by the Lions of the 2016 NFL Draft. Detroit elected to waive him as they trimmed down to the 53-man limit at the start of the 2016 season and they signed him to their practice squad after clearing waivers.
Rudock managed to make the 53-man roster last season. He received a one-year, $630,000 contract from the Lions for the 2018 season as an exclusive rights free agent.
In 2017, Rudock appeared in three games for the Lions and completed three of five pass attempts for 24 yards and an interception.
