The Detroit Lions announced Tuesday that they’ve signed DB Josh Hawkins to their practice squad and placed CB Alex Myres on the practice squad injured list.

- RB Dalyn Dawkins
- CB Josh Hawkins
Hawkins, 27, wound up signing on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of East Carolina back in 2016. He managed to make the 53-man roster in each of his first two seasons in Green Bay, but was among their final roster cuts coming out of the 2018 preseason.
Hawkins had brief stints with the Panthers, Chiefs, Eagles and Falcons before returning to the Panthers during the season.
In 2018, Hawkins appeared in five games for the Panthers but did not record a statistic.
