Lions Worked Out Four Offensive Linemen

According to Howard Balzer, the Detroit Lions brought in four free offensive linemen for tryouts in recent days including C Freddie Burden, G Darrell Greene, G Ian Silberman, and OT Taylor Hart.

$2,435,512 rookie contract and set to make base salaries of $600,000 and $690,000 over the next two years when the Eagles cut him loose last August.

Hart wound up being claimed by the 49ers, but after just a few months in San Francisco, the Eagles managed to claim him back. Unfortunately, Hart was among the team’s final roster coming out of the preseason but later returned to Eagles a few months ago.

Philadephia ultimately cut him loose after they signed veteran OT Will Beatty.

In 2016, Hart appeared in one game and recorded two tackles and no sacks for the 49ers.
