London Fletcher โ€œ99 Percent Certainโ€ Heโ€™s Retiring

Redskins MLB London Fletcher announced that heโ€™s โ€œ99 percent certainโ€ that he will retire following this season.

Fletcher, an undrafted free agent out of John Carroll, has had an incredible 16-year career that includes a Rookie of the Year award, Super Bowl champion with the 1999 Rams and an unbelievable games-started streak of 219 and is still going. Given the physical demands from the linebacker position, itโ€™s truly a remarkable accomplishment by Fletcher.

Fletcherโ€™s career totals include: 1,378 tackles, 23 interceptions, 19 forced fumbles, 12 fumble recoveries and three touchdowns.

He has a pretty good resume that should garner Hall of Fame consideration.
