Bengals

- Second-round selection, OT Jake Fisher could end up being the Bengals’ first player off the bench. Although,ย Hobson wouldn’t be surprised to see him get some looks at center.
- Hobson expects rookie LB Paulย Dawson toย get plenty of snaps and chances to play this season.
Patriots
- According to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald, the Patriots did show interest in Eagles G Evan Mathis. However,ย Howe mentions that because Mathis was not moved in a trade this weekend, there’s a chance he could remain in Philadelphia for another year.
