  • Matt Barrows mentions that the news of Josh McDaniels bowing out of the running for the 49ersโ€™ HC job could be a blow to Louis Riddickโ€™s odds of securing the teamโ€™s GM position.

Chiefs

Cowboys

Cowboys long-time TE Jason Witten admitted that thereโ€™s a shelf life for everyone in the NFL but he still plans to return for the 2017 season.

โ€œIโ€™m in my 14th year, and you know thereโ€™s a shelf life for everybody,โ€ Witten said, via Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News. โ€œYou put everything you have into it, and when you come up short itโ€™s tough. Itโ€™s not about a paycheck. โ€ฆ Iโ€™ll take time to reflect on it. I love this team and this group of guys and so, yeah, that will be the plan for sure.โ€
