Tracey Kaplan of the Mercuryย Newsย has some details fromย theย affidavitย regardingย formerย 49ers DLย Ray McDonald.
A woman, who was drinking with McDonald, claims that she wasย sexually assaulted by himย at his home after she had passed out by theย pool.
She told police that she beganย feeling dizzy and sick after two drinks — on top of what she had already consumed earlier in the evening — and wanted to go home.
The womenย woke up the next day naked inย McDonald’s bed. He told her that she had fell asleep in his bed because she was tire. However, he later added that they had sex.
She spent the remainder ofย the day withย McDonald and 49ersย OLB Aldon Smith, who stopped by for drinks.
“S— just happened,” McDonald texted anย officer pretending to be the alleged victim, according to the affidavit. “We were just enjoying the moment … I don’t understand why you’re bothered. U chose to stay with me another day.“
It’s worth mentioning that Smith is still on probation for his 2013 DUI, which could be an issue for him and the 49ers in the coming months.

- Vic Tafur of theย San Francisco Chronicleย believes there is aย “very good chance” the Raiders keepย GM Reggie McKenzie for a fourth season.
