• Rookie DT Timmy Jernigan is expected to replace suspended DT Haloti Ngata for the remainder of the regular season.

“Right now, I have huge shoes to fill. It’s going to be a very tough task,” Jernigan said, via Jamison Hensley. “At the end of the day, I’ll never be able to be Haloti Ngata. All I can be is Timmy Jernigan, and I’m going to be the best Timmy Jernigan I can be.“
