Bears

• Michael C. Wright reports that no deal is imminent between the Bears and free agent ILB Mason Foster. Wright adds that the two sides are “not close” at this point in time.

Colts

• Josina Anderson reports that free agent LB Nate Irving is still weighing his available options.
• According to Anderson, his Monday visit with the Colts “went well.“

Saints

• Mike Triplett reports that LB Dannell Ellerbe‘s contract restructure includes reducing his 2015 base salary from $8.45 million to $1.1 million.
• Triplett adds that Ellerbe’s 2016 and 2017 salaries were also reduced from $6.45 million and $6 million to $4.1 million for each of the two years.

Vikings

• Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports that the Vikings will host Michigan State CB Trae Waynes at some point in the near future for a pre-draft visit.
