NFL Notes: Bills, Buccaneers, Cardinals, Dolphins, & Ravens

Bills

  • Alex Marvez reports that the Bills have signed sixth-round pick TE Nick O’Leary to a four-year contract.
  • Bills signed seventh-round pick WR Dezmin Lewis to a four-year contract.

Buccaneers

  • Buccaneers signed fourth-round pick OLB Kwon Alexander and fifth-round pick WR Kenny Bell to four-year contracts.

Cardinals

  • Cardinals signed fifth-round picks WR J.J. Nelson and DE Shaq Riddick to four-year contracts.

Dolphins

A league spokesman tells Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald reports that the NFL has determined that the Dolphins did not violate tampering rules in their pursuit of free agent DT Ndamukong Suh.

Reports had said that Miami and Suh agreed to terms on a six-year, $114 million contract before teams were allowed to have finalized deals in place.

However, it appears as though the NFL is fine with how the Dolphins handled their negotiations with Suh.

Ravens

  • Jarret Johnson will officially sign a one-day contract with the Ravens on Wednesday, and retire as a member of the organization. (Aaron Wilson)
