Jaguars

• Ian Rapoport mentions that things have changed for Jaguars, as coaches and players alike want to go there now.

Raiders

• Charles Robinson reports that the Raiders have spent the past three days trying to improve QB Derek Carr‘s passing options, but haven’t hand any success.

Ravens

• Ravens offered CB Rashaan Melvin an exclusive rights free agent tender.

Redskins

• John Keim reports that the Redskins have maintained contact with QB Colt McCoy, but it’s tough to gauge the level of interest in him being back in Washington next year.

Titans
