NFL Notes: Draft, Roster Cuts, Jaguars, Titans

Draft

On Tuesday, the NFL released the official list of 326 players invited to participate in this year’s Scouting Combine. Here’s the full list.

• Chase Goodbread of NFL.com has compiled a list of notable prospects who weren’t invited to this year’s Scouting Combine.
• Goodbread’s list includes Texas DT Poona Ford, Northern Iowa WR Daurice Fountain, Missouri DE Marcell Frazier, Sam Houston State DL P.J. Hall, Central Michigan DE Joe Ostman, and Washington State G Cody O’Connell.

Roster Cuts

• Jason Fitzgerald of OverTheCap.com takes a look at some potential roster cuts at the quarterback position to keep an eye on this offseason including Mike Glennon, Tyrod Taylor, Eli Manning, Ryan Tannehill and Blake Bortles.
• At running back, Fitzgerald lists Doug Martin, Chris Ivory, Matt Forte, Mike Gillislee, Adrian Peterson, Charcandrick West and DeMarco Murray as potential cap casualties.

Jaguars

• Mike Kaye of FirstCoastNews takes a look at four under-the-radar free agents who could be good fits with the Jaguars.
• Kaye’s list includes TE Trey Burton, WR Taylor Gabriel, LB Tahir Whitehead, and G/T Allen Barbre.

Titans

• The Tennessee Titans announced Tuesday that they’ve hired Terrell Williams as DL coach, Keith Carter as OL coach and Tony Dews as RBs coach.
• Tennessee also retained strength coach Steve Watterson.
• Alex Marvez reports that the Titans are retaining Mike Sullivan as assistant OL coach.
