Greg Hardy
- Ed Werder reports that the Cowboys interest in signing DE Greg Hardy to multi-year contract is reciprocated by his agent, Drew Rosenhaus.
- Although, Werder says that it will likely cost them big money to keep Hardy from testing the open market.
Browns
- Adam Caplan reports that while Browns QB Josh McCown (shoulder) is not expected to practice today, he is expected to start Sunday’s game against the Cardinals.
- According to Caplan, FS Tashaun Gipson (ankle) ran well last week, but the key for him is lateral movement.
Jets
- Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reports that the Jets tried out four players including RB/KR Jeff Demps, RB Akeem Hunt, WR Larry Pinkard and DB Cooper Taylor on Tuesday.
Steelers
- Ed Werder reports that the Steelers are expecting QB Ben Roethlisberger to be “full go” in practice on Wednesday.
- Werder adds that Big Ben told him he’s wearing custom-made, ultralight knee brace this week.
- According to Werder, it wouldn’t be surprising if Landry Jones remained the Steelers backup quarterback ahead of Michael Vick based on performance and issues with a left-handed backup.
