SI.com’s Tony Pauline reports that his sources have indicated that Denver Broncos are likely to take a quarterback in the early round of the upcoming draft. Pauline’s sources mentioned that Tim Tebow is “not the quarterback for John Elway.”
This idea has been circulating for some weeks now but it’s been hard to gauge Denver’s interest in the available quarterbacks because it seemed that they were showing interest in order to create a smokescreen for some of the other teams.
Pauline suggests that Nevada QB Colin Kaepernick is a possibility for the Broncos in the second-round.
