The Oakland Tribune is reporting that Raiders owner Al Davis is “getting close” to announcing who will be the teams next head and the overall consensus is that it will be Hue Jackson. The announcement is expected “sooner rather than later,” and a deal is expected to be place by the middle of next week.
Earlier reports mentioned that Jackson had been lining up a coaching staff earlier in the week but that is normal procedure for coach’s that are interviewing for jobs.
