Packers LB Clay Matthews Out For Week 12

Bob McGinn of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel tweets that the Packers will be without OLB Clay Matthews for Sunday’s game against the Giants.

Matthews hasn’t practiced at all this week because of the hamstring injury that he’s been dealing with in recent weeks. This is obviously a precautionary measure on the part of Green Bay, but there will be a lot pressure on Dezman Moses and Erik Walden to generate some pressure on Eli Manning.

Matthews should at least have a shot of being available for Week 13’s game, but we’ll obviously have a better idea next week.
