The Carolina Panthers announced Monday that they’ve activated CB Rasul Douglas from the reserve-COVID-19 list.
The Panthers signed WR Shelton Gibson to their practice squad and released K Taylor Bertolet from the unit.

Douglas, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Eagles back in 2017. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $3.17 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $754,750 for the 2020 season.
The Panthers claimed Douglas off of waivers from the Panthers back in September.
In 2020, Douglas has appeared in six games for the Panthers and recorded 27 tackles, no interceptions and six pass defenses.
