The Carolina Panthers have released WR Braxton Miller from the practice squad with an injury settlement on Saturday, according to Aaron Wilson.

Miller, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Texans back in 2016. He was in the third year of his four-year, $3.114 million contract hen the Texans cut him loose coming out of the preseason last year.
The Eagles later signed Miller to their practice squad after clearing waivers and he returned to Philadelphia this past January on a futures contract. Miller was waived during the preseason and had a brief stint with the Browns before signing on to the Panthers’ practice squad a few weeks ago.
For his career, Miller has appeared in 21 games for the Texans and caught 34 passes for 261 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
