The Carolina Panthers announced that they’ve re-signed CB Lorenzo Doss to their practice squad and released WR DeAndrew White from the unit.
The Panthers’ practice squad now consists of:
- RB Reggie Bonnafon
- WR Mose Frazier
- TE Jason Vander Laan
- G Taylor Hearn
- OL Dorian Johnson
- CB Cole Luke
- QB Connor Cook
- DT Kendrick Norton
- S Dezmen Southward
- CB Lorenzo Doss
Doss, 24, is a former fifth-round pick of the Broncos back in 2015. He was in the third year of his four-year, $2.477 million contract when the Broncosย waived him last November.
Doss later signed on to the Bills practice squad before signing a futures contract with the Panthers this past January. He was, unfortunately, among the Panthers’ roster cuts at the start of the regular season but returned to Carolina a few days later only to be cut loose last week.
In 2018, Doss has appeared in one game for the Panthers and recorded one tackle and no interceptions or pass defenses.
