The Panthers announced they’ve signed CB Ryan Pulley and waived S Kai Nacua in a corresponding move.

Pulley, 23, signed with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent out of Arkansas this year. He was waived following the team’s rookie minicamp in May, however.
Pulley played four years at Arkansas and recorded 93 total tackles, one sack, six interceptions and 20 pass defenses.
