During his collegeย career, Vander Laan started all 46 career games at quarterback at Ferris State and completed 666-of-1,050 passes for 8,240 yards with 85 touchdowns and 29 interceptions. He also rushed for 5,953 yards on 1,010 carries and 81 touchdowns.
In 2017,ย Vander Laan was active for four games, but didn’t register a statistic.
