Jourdan Rodrigue of the Athletic reports that the Panthers are signing OL Tyler Catalina to a contract.
Catalina, 26, signed with the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia in 2017. He managed to make the final roster coming out of the preseason.
Catalina was waived later in 2017 before returning to the Redskins five days later. Washington elected to cut him loose a few weeks ago and he was later claimed off waivers but lasted just a few days in Minnesota.
In 2017, Catalina appeared in seven games for the Redskins, starting two.
