The Carolina Panthers brought in five free agents for tryouts on Sunday, according to Albert Breer.
The full list of workouts for the Panthers includes:
- WR Jeff Badet
- WR Saeed Blacknall
- WR Cam Phillips
- QB Cole McDonald
- WR Darrell Stewart
McDonald, 22, was a two-year starter at Hawaii and a second-team All-MWC selection in 2019. The Titans used the No. 224 overall pick in the seventh round on him.
McDonald signed a four-year, $3,396,682 contract that includes a $101,682 signing bonus.
During his college career at Hawaii, McDonald completed 61.4 percent of his passes for 8,032 yards, 70 touchdowns and 24 interceptions over the course of three seasons and 33 games. He also rushed for 880 yards and 12 touchdowns.
