The New England Patriots officially placed OT Andrew Jelks on the reserve/retired list on Friday.
Jelks, 24, wound up signing on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of Vanderbilt back in 2017. He signed a three-year, $1.66 million contract with New England but was placed on the non-football injury at the start of the regular and spent the entire year on the list.
During his college career at Vanderbilt, Jelks appeared in 24 games and made 21 starts over five seasons.
