The New England Patriots officially signed DE Tashawn Bower to their active roster on Monday and elevated LB Terez Hall and WR Kristian Wilkerson for tonight’s game against the Jets.
Both Hall and Wilkerson will revert back to the Patriots’ practice squad on Tuesday without having to clear waivers.
Bower, 25, originally signed on with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of LSU back in 2017. He wound up making Minnesota’s active roster but was cut loose coming out of the preseason last year.
The Patriots later signed Bower to their practice squad and brought him back on a futures contract this past January. He’s been on and off of their active roster this season.
In 2020, Bower has appeared in two games for the Patriots and recorded five tackles and no sacks.
