The New England Patriots placed OT Kevin Hughes (injured) and DL Vince Taylor on waivers Monday, according to the NFL transactions release.
- Taylor was listed as having failed physical for the team.
Hughes, 26, originally signed with the St. Louis Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Southeastern Louisiana back in 2011. Since then, he’s played for the Chargers, Packers, and Panthers before joining the Patriots a few weeks after the draft.
Hughes hasn’t appeared in an NFL game since the 2011 season when he was playing for the Rams.
