The NFL season is officially over, and congratulations to the Philadelphia Eagles. I don’t think many people expected it to be that lopsided, but the Chiefs’ underperforming offensive line finally caught up to them. The Eagles’ roster upgrades and coordinator hires paid off, winning the rematch from 2023 in blowout fashion. The sheer dominance was honestly shocking.
Unfortunately, because the game was such a blowout, it wasn’t a terribly enjoyable watch. Kendrick Lamar killed it at halftime though, what a show. We’re on quite the run of great halftime performances.
Now that the Super Bowl is behind us, all 32 teams are turning their full attention to free agency and the NFL Draft. All-Star games are over and the Combine is the next major event on the NFL calendar. It’s the perfect time for a new mock draft, as boards have shifted and we’re learning more about what teams are looking to add.
This mock is more a reflection of what I’m hearing and where prospects seem to be trending, but my own rankings are an influence here as well. As we get closer to the draft, my mocks will shift more and more towards pure prognosis.
If you want to check out my updated 2025 position rankings, you can do so here:
- Quarterbacks
- Running Backs
- Wide Receivers
- Tight Ends
- Offensive Tackles
- Interior Offensive Line
- Edge Rushers
- Defensive Tackles
- Linebackers
- Cornerbacks
- Safeties
1: Tennessee Titans โ Colorado WR/CB Travis Hunter
The Titans badly need a quarterback, but theyโve discussed trading out of this pick and finding another way to acquire one. Here, they take Hunter, the top talent in the draft. Whether he plays corner or receiver in Tennessee, heโll be a welcome addition.
2: Cleveland Browns โ Penn State ED Abdul Carter
Carter is seen by many as the top player in this draft, with the potential to become a game-wrecking presence on the defensive line. Brownsโ star Myles Garrett is pushing for a trade, and whether Cleveland acquiesces or not, itโs hard to pass on a talent like Carterโs.
3: New York Giants โ Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders
This current Giants administration pretty much has to take a quarterback here if they want to keep their jobs. I believe Sanders will be the first signal-caller taken and have the first crack at revitalizing a dormant Giants franchise.
4: New England Patriots โ Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan
While they need offensive line upgrades more than anything, there isnโt a lineman worthy of a top-five pick in this draft. Instead, they take McMillan, a true No. 1 receiver who will make life much easier for second-year passer Drake Maye.
5: Jacksonville Jaguars โ Michigan DT Mason Graham
This will be a common mock draft selection, and for good reason. Graham is a blue-chip prospect at a position of major need for Jacksonville, a team that needs to revamp most of their defense.
6: Las Vegas Raiders โ Miami QB Cam Ward
The Raiders get lucky in this scenario and have Ward fall to them, the only other quarterback projected to go in the first round. With a new head coach and general manager, a new era can begin in Vegas.
7: New York Jets โ Michigan CB Will Johnson
With starting CB D.J. Reed likely to depart in free agency, the Jets have a need in the secondary. Johnson is an elite talent coming at a bit of a discount given an injury-plagued 2024 season. Between him and Sauce Gardner, the best cornerback duo in the league would reside in New York.
8: Carolina Panthers โ Marshall ED Mike Green
Donโt be surprised to see Greenโs name this high. He had a fantastic Senior Bowl week, validating what we all saw on tape. The Panthers need to start adding talent to their defense, and Green would be a great start.
9: New Orleans Saints โ Penn State TE Tyler Warren
Warren is a tight end built for the modern NFL game. He can line up all over the field and change what an offense can do. The Saintsโ passing attack needs to get more dynamic, and Warren would provide lots of sparks.
10: Chicago Bears โ LSU OT Will Campbell
Campbellโs ultimate home in the NFL is a little unclear, but Chicago needs help all across their line. Whether he stays at tackle or slides inside to guard, heโs the best offensive lineman in the draft.
11: San Francisco 49ers โ Texas OT Kelvin Banks Jr.
The 49ers could use some offensive line upgrades, and Banks is right there on the board. Some evaluators think heโll ultimately play guard in the NFL, and though I think heโll be a quality tackle, the Niners need both.
12: Dallas Cowboys โ Tennessee ED James Pearce Jr.
The most dynamic speed rusher in the class, Pearce is almost impossible to stop when heโs clicking. Rumors swirl that Dallas is considering trading star pass-rusher Micah Parsons, but whether Pearce is joining him or replacing him, heโll live up to expectations.
13: Miami Dolphins โ Missouri OT Armand Membou
There might not be a better prospect-to-team fit in this entire mock. Membou is perfect for Miamiโs offense โ an athletic tackle, excellent in space and with some positional versatility. In the Dolphinsโ zone-blocking scheme, Membou would thrive and provide some much-needed stability to an underperforming offensive line.
14: Indianapolis Colts โ Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty
Yes, the Colts have Jonathan Taylor under contract. But heโs coming off a subpar year and Indy needs to do everything they can to support third-year QB Anthony Richardson. Jeanty would provide the offense a jolt in Year 1 before taking over the majority workload in 2026 when the Colts can get out of Taylor’s contract.
15: Atlanta Falcons โ Texas A&M ED Shemar Stewart
The athleticism and dominance Stewart showcased at the Senior Bowl pretty much guarantee he’ll be a first-round selection. Atlanta needs a stud on the edge, and while Stewart is still raw, the upside with this pick is immense.
16: Arizona Cardinals โ Texas A&M ED Nic Scourton
The Aggiesโ other edge rusher, Scourton is a unique player to scout. He can line up across the line and provides a lot of pass rush juice. The Cardinals need to add to their defense, and Scourton has the potential to be a true stud.
17: Cincinnati Bengals โ Ole Miss DT Walter Nolen
Nolen is another player who had a fantastic Senior Bowl. Heโs an athletic, pass-rushing 3-tech, someone who can upgrade the middle of Cincinnatiโs defensive front.
18: Seattle Seahawks โ North Dakota State OT Grey Zabel
Zabel is listed as a tackle, but heโll play guard in the NFL. He dominated the Senior Bowl, outplaying every defensive tackle he lined up against. Seattleโs interior offensive line was a major weakness last season, and Zabel is the best available.
19: Tampa Bay Buccaneers โ Texas CB Jahdae Barron
A feisty, versatile ball-hawk of a corner, Barron feels like a great fit in Tampa Bay. His mindset and physicality will be welcome there, as will his ability to fortify the secondary.
20: Denver Broncos โ Michigan TE Colston Loveland
This is an easy connection to make if heโs still on the board. Loveland is a dynamic weapon at the tight end position, and Denver needs to add weapons for QB Bo Nix and this offense.
21: Pittsburgh Steelers โ Ohio State WR Emeka Egbuka
Egbuka would be an excellent complement to WR George Pickens in this Steelers offense. They lacked firepower down the stretch in 2024, but Egbuka would go a long way toward fixing that.
22: Los Angeles Chargers โ Texas WR Matthew Golden
A late riser in this receiver class, Golden proved down the stretch of the Longhornsโ season that he can be a dominant force on the outside. He wins against press coverage and has the length and twitch to separate and make plays in the NFL.
23: Green Bay Packers โ East Carolina CB Shavon Revel
A torn ACL in September leaves Revelโs draft stock in limbo, but heโs a Packers kind of player through and through. Long, athletic, and physical, heโs built to play press in the NFL. With starting CB Jaire Alexanderโs future in Green Bay up in the air, Revel would be a good replacement.
24: Minnesota Vikings โ Michigan DT Kenneth Grant
The Vikings could really use a corner, but with Barron and Revel off the board, they pivot to Grant to fortify the interior of their defensive line. Grant is an athletic run-stuffer with some pass-rushing upside.
25: Houston Texans โ Missouri WR Luther Burden III
With Stefon Diggs a pending free agent and Tank Dell coming off a serious knee injury, the Texans need to add something to their passing attack. Next to Nico Collins, Burden can play in the slot, taking advantage of his incredible athleticism and ability to create after the catch.
26: Los Angeles Rams โ Oregon OT Josh Conerly Jr.
The Rams add a high-upside offensive tackle to their offense here, and one who might not even need to start right away. Conerly needs to add some strength in an NFL weight room, but his movement skills are superb, and heโs technically proficient beyond his years.
27: Baltimore Ravens โ Alabama G Tyler Booker
Some stability on the offensive line would do this Ravens squad a lot of good. Booker has been called โthe Will Anderson Jr. of the offensive line,โ a high compliment indeed. Not only is he a fantastic player in his own right, but he elevates the play of those around him.
28: Detroit Lions โ Georgia ED Mykel Williams
Williams is a Dan Campbell player through and through. Tough and athletic, heโs a monster against the run with some untapped pass-rushing upside.
29: Washington Commanders โ Ohio State G Donovan Jackson
A quality guard with some positional flexibility to kick out to tackle in a pinch, Jackson would improve the interior of Washingtonโs line. Helping to better protect second-year QB Jayden Daniels is a top priority.
30: Buffalo Bills โ Ohio State DT Tyleik Williams
The top run-stuffing defensive tackle in this draft, Williams would pair perfectly with Buffalo DT Ed Oliver. Heโs a brick wall in the middle of the defense, manning multiple gaps and stymieing rushing attacks.
31: Kansas City Chiefs โ Ohio State OT Josh Simmons
Have no fear, Chiefs fans. After their offensive line got destroyed last night in the Super Bowl, help is on the way in the form of Simmons. Heโs a well-built tackle with strong hands and good movement skills, and he would start right away in Kansas City.
32: Philadelphia Eagles โ Georgia LB Jalon Walker
Once again, the Eagles get a steal at the end of the first round. Walker is a bit of a tweener in the NFL, but heโs a fantastic pass rusher from the linebacker position who can play off-ball on early downs. Zack Baun may have priced his way out of Philadelphia, and Walker would help fill the void left by his departure. The Eagles also love players out of Georgia.
