Raiders Place DT Maurice Hurst On COVID-19 List

Adam Schefter reports that the Raiders placed DT Maurice Hurst on the Reserve-COVID 19 list Tuesday.

The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.

Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.

Hurst, 25, is a former fifth-round pick of the Raiders back in 2018. He’s currently in the third year of his rookie contract.

In 2020, Hurst has appeared in four games for the Raiders and recorded 13 tackles, a half sack, and a pass defense.
