ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Browns received a one-year deal worth $3.5 million fully guaranteed contract
Brown, 29, appeared in 13 games last season and totaled 32 tackles and a fumble recovery last season. Pro Football Focus rated Brown as the No. 32 cornerback in the league next season.
