The Oakland Raiders announced that they’ve signed second-round CB Trayvon Mullen to a four-year rookie contract.
The Raiders have now signed all but two of their 2019 draft picks including:

Mullen, 21, was the No. 40 overall pick by the Raiders out of Clemson. He was received second-team All-ACC honors last season and was an honorable mention for All-Conference in 2017.
According to OverTheCap.com, Mullen receives a four-year, $7,259,142 rookie contract including a $3,299,376 signing bonus.
Lance Zierlein compares him to Bills CB Kevin Johnson.
During his college career at Clemson, Mullen recorded 93 total tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, four interceptions, seven pass defenses and one forced fumble.
