O’Leary, 27, was selected in the sixth round by the Bills in the 2015 NFL draft. However, he was waived at the start of the season and later added to their practice squad.
O’Leary re-signed with Buffalo in 2018 to a one-year exclusive rights deal but was among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason. From there, he signed on to the Dolphins’ practice squad and returned to Miami on a one-year extension.
Unfortunately, the Dolphins released O’Leary last year and he finished out the season as a member of the Jaguars.
In 2019, O’Leary appeared in 12 games for the Jaguars and Dolphins and caught 18 passes for 109 yards receiving and one touchdown.
