The Oakland Raiders announced on Tuesday that they have signed WR Devon Wylie and waived WR Austin Willis in a corresponding roster move.

A former fourth-round pick in 2012 by the Chiefs, Wylie has had brief stays with Kansas City, the Titans, 49ers, and most recently with the Rams.
Wylie, 26, has not appeared in a regular season game since 2013, and has compiled eight career receptions, and had kick and punt return duties in his two years of action.
He will be competing for a roster spot with the Raiders.
