Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Raiders are signing DE IK Enemkpali to a one-year contract on Thursday.

Enemkpali, 26, is a former sixth-round pick of the Jets back in 2014. He was waived last summer after he was involved in an altercation with QB Geno Smith that led to Enemkpali punching the quarterback and breaking his jaw.

The Bills later elected to claim Enemkpali off of waivers before waiving him with an injury designation last August. Enemkpali spent the year on the Bills’ injured reserve list and Buffalo declined to tender him a contract after the season, making him an unrestricted free agent.

In 2015, Enemkpali appeared in 11 games and recorded 13 tackles and no sacks for the Bills.
