The Oakland Raiders officially brought in four defensive backs for tryouts on Friday including Derrick Kindred.
The full list of tryouts for the Raiders includes:
Kindred, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Browns back in 2016. Cleveland waived him back in April and he was later claimed off of waivers by the Colts.
Indianapolis elected to cut Kindred loose back in August and he was later claimed by the Jets. Unfortunately, he lasted just a few weeks in New York before he was waived coming out of the preseason.
In 2018, Kindred appeared in all 16 games for the Browns and recorded 43 tackles, one interception, a forced fumble and a pass defense. Pro Football Focus had him rated as the No. 90 safety out of 93 qualifying players.
