The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.
Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.
Kupp, 27, is a former third-round pick of the Rams back in 2017. He was in the final year of his four-year, $3.83 million contract and set to make a base salary of $961,169 for the 2020 season when he agreed to a new three-year extension worth up to $48 million with the Rams this past September.
In 2020, Kupp has appeared in 15 games for the Rams and caught 92 passes for 974 yards receiving and three touchdowns. He has also rushed for 33 yards.
