Lynch, 24, originally signed on with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Syracuse back in 2015. He lasted just over a year with the Rams before he was waived and later signed on to the Buccaneers’ practice squad a few weeks into the season.
Tampa Bay eventually was promoted to the active roster in October of last year before cutting him loose. Los Angeles signed him to their practice squad last week.
In 2017, Lynch appeared in 11 games for the Buccaneers and recorded five total tackles and one fumble recovery.
