Rams Re-Sign RB John Kelly To Practice Squad

The Los Angeles Rams officially re-signed RB John Kelly to their practice squad on Tuesday. 

Here’s the Rams updated practice squad:

7. LB Dakota Allen
8. C Nate Trewyn
9. RB John Kelly

Kelly, 23, is a former sixth-round pick by the Rams out of Tennessee in the 2018 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year, $2.6 million contract and was able to make Los Angeles’ active roster his rookie season.

Kelly was among the Rams’ final roster cuts this preseason before being promoted from their practice squad last month. Los Angeles waived Kelly last weekend. 

In 2019, Kelly has appeared in three games and recorded three rushing attempts for nine yards (3.0 YPC) and no touchdowns.
