The Baltimore Ravens have announced that they’ve added LB Ray Lewis has been added to their active roster for the first time since he suffered a triceps tear back in Week 6.
The Ravens placed Lewis on injured reserve, but added the designation that would allow him to return later in the season. Lewis will not play in this weekend’s matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, but he is expected to be available for their Wild Card game that will most likely be against the Colts, assuming that New England beats Miami.
It’s hard to imagine that Lewis will go back to being an every-down player for their defense
