The Baltimore Ravens placed WR Chris Moore on injured reserve with a thigh injury and promoted CB Terrell Bonds and ILB Kristian Welch to their active roster, per Jeff Zrebiec.
It’s worth mentioning that the NFL changed the rules regarding injured reserve for the 2020 season and players can return from the list in just three weeks.
Moore, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2016. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.936 million contract and made a base salary of $828,539 for the 2019 season.
Moore was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent for the first time in his NFL career when he agreed to a new deal with the Ravens this past March.
In 2019, Moore appeared in 14 games for the Ravens and caught three passes for 21 yards receiving. He also contributed 81 kick return yards.
