The Baltimore Ravens announced Saturday that theyโve officially promoted CB Maurice Canady to their active roster and waived OT Greg Senat.
Recent reports had said that Canady was a candidate to be added to the Ravens’ active roster before Sunday’s game, so this isn’t a big surprise.
Canady, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2016. He was in the final year of his four-year, $2.44 million contract when the Ravens waived him coming out of the preseason.
Baltimore re-signed Canaday to their practice squad soon after.
For his career, Canady has appeared in 19 games and recorded 29 tackles, a fumble recovery, and a pass defense.
