Ravens Promote CB Maurice Canady, Waive OT Greg Senat

The Baltimore Ravens announced Saturday that they’ve officially promoted CB Maurice Canady to their active roster and waived OT Greg Senat.

Recent reports had said that Canady was a candidate to be added to the Ravens’ active roster before Sunday’s game, so this isn’t a big surprise.

Canady, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2016. He was in the final year of his four-year, $2.44 million contract when the Ravens waived him coming out of the preseason.

Baltimore re-signed Canaday to their practice squad soon after.

For his career, Canady has appeared in 19 games and recorded 29 tackles, a fumble recovery, and a pass defense.
