Ravens QB Lamar Jackson was named the Associated Press 2019 Most Valuable Player of the Year Saturday night at the NFL Honors show.

Jackson was a unanimous selection for MVP.
Jackson, 23, is a former first-round pick if the Ravens back in 2018. He’s entering the third year of his four-year, $9,471,652 contract that included a $5,968,472 signing bonus.
The contract includes a fifth-year option for the Ravens to pick up on Jackson in 2021.
In 2019, Jackson appeared in 15 games for the Ravens and completed 66.1 percent of his passes for 3,127 yards, 36 touchdowns and six interceptions. He also rushed for an NFL record 1,206 yards for a quarterback and seven touchdowns.
