Stephens, 23, was a two-year starter at SMU after transferring from UCLA and switching positions from running back to cornerback. The Ravens drafted Stephens with pick No. 104 overall in the third round.
Stephens is expected to sign a four-year deal worth $4,785,850 million with a $840,618 million signing bonus.
During his two years at SMU, Stephens totaled 92 tackles, 22 passes defended and one interception.
