LaQuan Williams announced via his Twitter account that he has signed with the Baltimore Ravens.
Williams, 25, signed with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Maryland back in 2011. He spent his first two years with Baltimore before they waived him in September of last year.
Williams would later sign on with the Patriots, but he lasted just ten days with the team before he was once again waived.
